Every journey begins with a single step.

Do you accept insurance?
It's common for new clients to be curious about how my practice handles fees and insurance, and the question I hear most often is, "Do you take insurance?" I do not accept insurance directly; however, to help make therapy more accessible, I am happy to provide you with a superbill (a detailed receipt of services). You may then submit this superbill to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement, allowing you to recover a portion of the cost depending on your specific plan's benefits.

I'm here to help.

FAQ
Q: Are your sessions offered online or in-person?
A: I offer both online and in-person therapy sessions to meet your needs and preferences. In-person sessions are held in a comfortable, private office setting, while online sessions are conducted via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. Whether you prefer the flexibility of virtual therapy or the connection of face-to-face meetings, we can find the option that works best for you.
Q: I'd like to learn more about your approach. Can I schedule a brief consultation before committing to therapy?
A: Absolutely. I offer a free 20-minute consultation to help you get a feel for what therapy with me might be like. It’s a chance to share what’s bringing you in, ask any questions about my approach, and see if working together feels like the right fit for you. There’s no pressure—just a supportive space to explore your next step.
Q: What are your areas of specialization, and what therapeutic approaches do you primarily use?
A: I believe that therapy is a personalized process, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach. Therefore, I draw upon a diverse range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness practices.
